Iggy’s has always been conscious of the millions of Americans that have dietary restrictions concerning the gluten protein. During the month of May, Iggy’s is partnering with the Gluten Intolerance Group of North America to bring awareness of this problem to more people through their “Chef to Plate” program. In addition to a gluten-free menu with dozens of items to choose from, they have made brochures available to all of their guests describing Celiac disease and its symptoms and how to get tested.
Since so much of the food at Iggy’s is prepared fresh, they can provide a gluten-free alternative to much of their menu.
